FOR ALL SEASONS ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING PROGRAM

For All Seasons, is proud to be a part of the Governor’s initiative – the Maryland Regional Navigator Program – serving human trafficking victims on the Mid-Shore of Maryland. This program connects our Regional Navigator with experts across the state so that our team can support human trafficking victims on the Mid-Shore.

 

Our Regional Navigator works under the agency’s Rape Crisis Center (RCC). For All Seasons is one of 17 Rape Crisis Centers in the state of Maryland. Our RCC staff provide victim and crisis support services to anyone in need regardless of their ability to pay.

 

For All Seasons Behavioral Health and Rape Crisis Center provides therapy, psychiatry, advocacy, and outreach and education to English and Spanish Speaking individuals regardless of one’s ability to pay. The Maryland Regional Navigator is one of the programs we offer to the community.

WHO DOES THE REGIONAL NAVIGATOR SERVE?

The For All Seasons’ Regional Navigator focuses on serving youth / young adults up to the age of 24 who are suspected or confirmed to be a victim of sex trafficking.

**Any sexual assault or human trafficking victim older than 24 will also be served by our team through our Rape Crisis Center services.

WHAT SERVICES DO THE REGIONAL NAVIGATORS PROVIDE TO TRAFFICKING VICTIMS OR THOSE SUSPECTED OF BEING TRAFFICKED?


The Regional Navigator helps individuals (age 24 and under) who are suspected or identified victims of sex trafficking.


Regional Navigator Services

  • Safety Planning
  • 24-hour Emergency Response
  • Basic Living Needs
  • Mental Health Services
  • Victim Advocacy
  • Case Management while promoting safety, self-sufficiency, and well-being.
  • The Navigator helps coordinate community-based services through local agencies and organizations.

WHAT DOES THE FOR ALL SEASONS HUMAN TRAFFICKING PROGRAM OFFER TO THE BROADER COMMUNITY?

The agency’s Rape Crisis Center (RCC) team is committed to bringing information and education to the community around the topics of sexual assault and human trafficking. Outreach and awareness will kick off with a research-based campaign that includes digital and print information. Presentations that will start necessary dialogues within the community to get answers to the following questions:

 

  • What is human trafficking?
  • What are the signs?
  • Who is affected?
  • What can I do to help?
  • Why is our region at risk?
  • What resources are available for victims and what resources are available to individuals wanting to learn more?

 

For All Seasons’ Regional Navigator will also provide presentations in the community to help law enforcement, non-profit organizations, and community groups gain a better understanding of human trafficking risks, prevalence, and prevention.
